Dear LPG

I tried the recipe for the Rhubarb and Orange Tart which was featured in issue 103, and  as the first recipe you ever posted on this site, and I was really surprised in a nice way.  I have always found this vegetable quite hard to eat but really liked it cooked in that way. 

Seeing the recipe reminded me of how many other things rhubarb is good for.  My mother used it for cleaning her saucepans when I was young.  I took a look and found a website dedicated to the stuff. 

Perhaps some other visitors to the LPG web site would like to take a look.    (►►►)
