So, Meghan and Harry are set to move to Canada? It beggars belief that this lovely and loving couple, who represents everything that is positive about multi-cultural Britain should literally be hounded out of the country by certain vitriolic and vicious members of the press.

Nobody could have failed to notice the relentless and thinly veiled racist onslaught that Meghan and Harry have had to endure since the announcement of their engagement.

Their engagement was a breath of fresh air and hope and positivity in the midst of the Brexit debacle.  It felt at the time, as if as a nation Britain paused, and smiled. 

I am appalled that, not content with hounding his mother, Harry and his family have become victims of the tabloids.

I do not blame this loving couple from wanting to protect their family, who could?  But I am so sorry and disappointed that things have come to such a pass.

If this is how this country treats a senior member of the Royal Family the absolute centre of the Establishment, as a black woman, I ask myself, what hope is there for the rest of us?
