Potentially sorting out one pain in the neck…
24 Mar 2020
Dear LPG,
While I know that some of the gentleman amongst us find themselves worried about this aspect of getting older, I think that, though it is not the most pressing of concerns, many ladies really become disheartened because if its effects. While we pensioners often develop aches and pains in many other parts of our bodies as time goes by the bit that holds your head in place is not often painful unless you take a good look at it. I find myself wearing high necked tops in the summer just to hide what I would call the visual pain in my neck.
We all know about the lengths that those celebrities who can afford to go to in order to maintain their glamorous appearances. I would never want to, nor could I afford to, go under the knife in order to do this, but I did take a look on the internet recently to find out if there is anything I can do to slow the process down in a way that will suit my relatively empty pockets and in the privacy of my own home.
For me it is my neck that is getting me down a little and I know that it is only going to get worse, but I have found some suggestions that might slow down the process and as they don’t involve any jars of creams that contain expensive concoctions and promises of instant improvement mixed with all sorts of stuff that might well have some unexpected effects that no one yet has any idea of, I am going to have a go. In case any readers want to try a recipe or two, or perhaps a bit of daily exercise, I have left a few links to some suggestions that I am hoping might make a difference…
