The shake that might stop the knees from shaking and a little more?

Dear LPG,
As old as I am and after all that preaching to my children and grandchildren about how good they are for you, I am still trying to find a way to eat more healthily. I know how good eating fruit and vegetables are for us but, try as I may; I have always found the five a day thing a real challenge.
As a child I remember being forced to eat vegetable soup and greens which I really hated at the time, and then forcing the same recipes down my children for their own good no matter how much they protested. I don’t think that I am unique when I have concluded that there is a very limited amount of this food group that I really like.
If you were an early riser four or five years ago, you will remember when those early morning adverts introduced us to the smoothie maker and health drinks were all the rage. It became the fashion to have a smoothie maker which produced something predominantly green and healthy to start the day with, but I don’t think that I am unique when I say that after a couple of months, I got a bit fed up with mine and it found itself in the back of a kitchen cupboard.
But I have to share that I have found a reason to have mine see the light of day again. I am now five or so years older and my knees are five or so years achier.
I found a video online that I hope LPG will be able to share with readers and even though the quantities of ingredients are not really included, this drink does not come out green. I think that when the craze started a lot of us convinced ourselves that the green drinks were nice because they were so good for us for a while. But I think that any reader brave enough to try the shake I have found will find it to be genuinely nice to the taste. I believe it is helping me to get a little closer to achieving my five a day goal. It might be that my subconscious has taken on board the information about what this beverage can do for the knees and, even if it is just the placebo effect kicking in, I have to admit to feeling a little better at the moment.
I thought that it would be a good idea to share this little tip with some of my fellow readers.
MH, Lewisham
LPG suggests that none of the ingredients of this drink are harmful to most people but we need to remember that individuals may have personal allergies to some of them. That said LPG would love to be able to print your thoughts and reactions to the drink and perhaps some recommended quantity suggestions.
We also found a few videos which are from the USA but could have some more answers to knee pain in the UK. We do ask readers not to overdo any exercises or drink any mixtures that are not working for you. Different people have different exercise abilities so take care and have someone exercise with you, or at least watch you exercise, just in case you overbalance. We ask you to remember that what works for one person’s knees will not necessarily work for another’s.
