This one will take you back…

Dear LPG,

I have had an electronic tablet for a couple of years now.  Mine was a present which spent the first part of its time with me in its box because even though the younger generation of my whole family clubbed together that Christmas to give it to me, and they all had a go at showing me how to use the thing, I was so busy with my social life that I really did not pay a lot of attention to the different family members and friends when they were trying to show me just how easy it is to get started with some of the really basic things you can do with it.

I have to admit that it was the lockdown which got me turning it on more often because there was so little else to do, and practice makes perfect as they say, although I am far from that.  I have learned so many things and found so many webpages that are really intriguing, including this one which I found quite by accident.

I have to say thank you to all the people who write the messages that I find there each day.  They have given me something new to read and something else to do since the beginning of this stay-at-home world we have been forced to live in for quite a while now.

I often look through the older articles too and learned something really basic the other day about the (►►►) signs which often appear at the bottom of your articles and the extra information you can find by just clicking or touching them.

Just in case any other readers still have not learned the significance of them, I would like to ask LPG to highlight that article again.
